Ted Coté

Ted is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of IM/TMA. Ted is a forward thinking marketing executive with proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, effectively shape markets though innovative initiatives, and deliver top and bottom line results. He demonstrates a unique blend of interpersonal, communication and analytical skills resulting in effective leadership of people and cross-functional teams. A confident decision-maker who utilizes both quantitative and qualitative analyses to fully assess competitive market factors and develop plans to position products effectively. Strong business and financial background complement marketing experience to identify business development opportunities, achieve results, and manage profitability. Ted has over 15 years of leadership experience building brands, and informing the marketing and communications strategies for a broad range of products and services for companies large and small. He possesses a rare blend of creative, operational, and strategic strengths, expertise in all aspects of marketing and communications, with special emphasis on strategic planning, new-age social technologies/Web 2.0, new product introduction, customer service and retention, graphic design and identity management, inbound marketing, advertising, sales promotion, media and public relations, and recently personal branding.

He builds close relationships with clients by listening and clearly understanding their challenges, their product or service and the target market. This approach creates mutual respect and trust between company and client, leading to strong and long lasting business relationships. Ted lectures and writes articles on strategic marketing and serves on the Board of several companies and organizations. Ted enjoys traveling, writing, photography and pretty much anything outdoors. Mick Victor

Mick Victor

Mick’s work in new media as well as conventional media formats. His background includes music and theatre schooling in the US and London, and work in advertising and media development positions in New York and California. He often begins with what the client wants to achieve and measuring that against the targeted market, he develops work that integrates web, video, film, photography, motion graphics and sound design. Mick is an extremely gifted photographer. He has the rare ability to capture the beauty and elegance in every subject. IM/TMA offers corporate portraits and business head shots taken by Mick. Gabe Yeh

Gabe Yeh

Gabe joined IM/TMA in 2007 and heads up our design studio which produces a variety of work in the fashion and automotive industry. Gabe is talented in graphic design, film, web and photography. His attention to detail and his creative style produce amazing work that our clients have become accustomed to. Gabe is a graduate of Cal State University of Long Beach. Gabe is also an amateur film maker. He produced a low budget student film titled “Eviction Notice”. Google it and check it out. It’s 13 minutes of your life.

Nancy Woo

Nancy Woo

Nancy Woo is a professional writer and editor with a knack for throwing words together, be it in blogs, websites, news or reviews. Give her a topic, a deadline and a word count, and she’ll turn around well-researched, articulate and engaging copy in a few blinks of her grandmother’s lazy eye. With a degree in Sociology from UC Santa Cruz, she pretends to understand human nature and brings social awareness into every project, as well as an eye for style, a penchant for research and a near-neurotic attention to detail. She works as a copywriter for an SEO company and as the managing editor for a music review website, OnlineRock.com, but her interests are as broad as her vocabulary, and she can delve into practically any subject with a fresh outlook. She especially loves the outdoors, yoga, surrealism and absorbing literature, film and music. Currently, she’s working on improving her lucid dreaming skills, and has found that asking, “Am I dreaming?” at every change of scenery results in a pleasant waking confusion that’s good for the imagination. McKenna Coté

McKenna Coté

McKenna Cote is in our “Future Marketeers” Summer Internship Program. Growing up in today’s digital world gives her important and valuable insight into the minds of the younger audience. She is a budding photographer and a social media novice. McKenna has an eye for good design and we are grooming her for a successful career as a creative professional. She currently attends Los Alamitos High School, where she is on the dance team. She loves to travel and her dogs Chloe and Comet.

As IM/TMA’s resident Director of Design, Juan’s primary focus is to direct and manage the design process for interior design projects. Juan has over 14 years of extensive experience and knowledge of all project phases, from concept design to completion and close-out. Juan is recognized for his experience in healthcare, plus his successful communication with clients, architects, engineers and contractors.

Nicole Lomonaco

Nicole Lomonaco

Nicole joined the IM/TMA team in 2005. After graduating from Cal State University of Long Beach in 1997, she worked as an Art Director for the Cimmaron Group until 2000 and later refined her talents as an Art Director for Curve Communications. In 2002, she founded Lomonaco Design and landed a spectrum of clients, including “It’s a Grind” Coffee Houses, a chain of Coffee Houses and Extreme Pizza, a franchise of gourmet pizza stores. In 2005, she was introduced to IM/TMA and a perfect partnership was born. Since that time, she has worked on a variety of different projects and her mark is that the designs are beautiful and the clients love her. So do we!

Julian Lopez

Julian Lopez

As Director of Public Relations at IM/TMA, Julian’s primary focus is to help our clients with Public Relations. His diverse experience in branding, PR and advertising over 13 years contributes to his full-spectrum comprehension to public relations, brand development and strategy. His role as an advertising account executive, a Director of Public Relations and Public Information Officer adds to his media insight needed to understand branding through various media outlets.

Sarah Weeger

Sarah has always been intrigued by graphic design and web development, and has years of experience in both fields. She utilizes the two in WordPress Programming – her specialty at IM/TMA. Whether for the entrepreneurs’ new businesses or the Fortune 500 companies she has collaborated with, Sarah has always loved turning ideas into a successful reality through her work, and continues to do so here at IM/TMA.

Rich Kaump

Rich Kaump

Richard’s association with IM/TMA is an interesting one. He first hired IM/TMA to do some consulting on a start-up project in 2006. Through this collaboration, a joint venture evolved and IM/TMA and Richard were partners. We contracted with Richard to design and program a multi-functional web portal that included eCommerce, a Learning Management System (LMS) and this portal became a staple in the healthcare industry. Rich is a technology hound and a fiend for perfection. If there is a better, more efficient way to do something, Richard will find it, use it and likely make it better. Richard is an extremely important part of our team.

Mark Hawks

Mark Hawks

Mark Hawks manages Search Engine Optimization, PPC Marketing and Social Media Marketing. His universal approach to Internet marketing leverages various tactics including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Landing Page Optimization, Lead Generation and Conversions. Mark has been doing SEO since 2003 where he got started managing a large electronics e-commerce website. Since then he has managed SEO, PPC and Social for start-up companies, small businesses and large e-commerce websites. Mark is an avid indie music fan and loves to keep a pulse on new music.

Erika has been working for IM/TMA since high school and is an alumni of the “Future Marketeers” Internship program. Erika is a talented writer, a proficient researcher and has a keen eye for art and design. She is currently a part-time student and works at IM/TMA doing many tasks that keep the wheels turning. Her future career in marketing is bright and we are fortunate to have her. Erika is a graduate of Long Beach Polytechnic High School, where she excelled in business-related classes and clubs, like DECA, a business club that competes with other schools across the country.

With a fresh outlook on design Lauren uses her creative abilities and thoughtful approach to design to give her clients successful results. Her specialty, as a graphic designer, is working with print media, and Lauren also excels in illustration in both digital and hand-drawn techniques.  Whether its graphic design or illustration, her creative vision and style are sure to produce unique and professional results.

Keith Solomon

Keith Solomon

Keith is a seasoned filmmaker who began working as a cameraman after earning his MFA in cinematography from The American Film Institute in 1994. Since then, Keith has worked on every level of production from blockbusters like Ironman 1 & 2 to corporate videos. He is a one-man production team: a producer, shooter, and editor. He knows every aspect of production from concept to completion and uses this deep well of experience to develop simple ideas into finished projects, on time and on budget.

Kim Carlson is an internet professional specializing in product management and strategy.
