Account Executive

The Position

This position will be responsible for selling IM/TMA services and program subscriptions. This person will follow up on qualified leads and will contact prospective customers for consultations, customer marketing needs assessment, prepare estimates and proposals for individual projects and customized marketing programs. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with creative problem solving skills, highly organized and have excellent communication skills. This position is responsible for securing contracts for marketing services offered by IM/TMA. IM/TMA desires candidates with experience selling marketing, graphic design and advertising services – or any other specific marketing services offered through the IM/TMA Menu of Services,

Responsibilities

• Qualifying Prospective Customer Leads (Telephone and/or In-Person)
• Preparation and delivery of project estimates and program proposals.
• Coordinating external resources to complete projects (when applicable)
• Selling and securing client service agreements
• Selling ancillary value-added services to existing clients and contract retention

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience communicating sales pipeline to management.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Solid interpersonal, organizational and teamwork abilities
• BA Degree Required or Proven Sales Record in Related Industry, Communications, Marketing degree a plus – but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of corporate professionalism, maturity and political savvy
